This customer area contains interesting facts about mikes-testingpartners specially for mikes-testingpartners’ customers. For example, you can read or download all MTP Newsletters which provide current information on standards, laws, testing, certification and approvals.
We also provide interesting links to Internet platforms (e.g. the EU Commission, standards portals, etc).
All in all, it is an important information centre, providing all that is interesting, worth knowing and up to date for our customers.
Zone 2: Secure customer order area: customer order portal

We have called this confidential and secure (not transferable) customer area the ”Customer Order Portal“. MIKES customers who have placed testing and certification orders with us can view a summary of their orders here (processing status, schedule, etc.). The test reports and certificates relating to orders are also made available in this area, thus making it possible for our customers to examine or, if required, to download these important documents at any time. This secure area also offers the facility of uploading or downloading large volumes of data which are often needed for processing orders but which usually exceed the amount of data which can be contained in a normal email attachment. This usually relates to technical documentation, Operating Manuals or other documents which are necessary for tests or certification.
This special customer order portal provides every customer with their own secure storage medium which can only be viewed by the customer after logging in.
